Process We Follow With
the assistance of our skilled team of professional, we follow
streamlined processes of production, packaging, warehousing, etc. Below
mentioned are the processes which are followed by our competent team to
deliver international quality process:

Product Design
|
Models are developed 12.5% bigger
than the finished piece size so as to allow
shrinkage during the firing process.
|

Modeling
|
The design is transformed into a
model and the finished piece is developed.
|
|
Mold making
|
From the model a negative master
mold, “block” and a positive master mold “case” is made.
Then, from this case working plaster molds are produced. One
mold may consist of many parts.

|
Blunging
|
By making use of blunger which is a
is a huge mixing vessel in the sliphouse all the raw material are
blended to form clay “slip” - like thick & dark custard.
|
|
Refining
|
In this process, raw slip is passed
over sieves to remove over-size material and contaminants that may
result to a fault in the fired piece.
|
|
Casting
|
Different methods are used to cast
the products.
|
|
Sponging
|
All the cast pieces are carefully
hand finished to create the right type, and then these are water
sponged in order to fix holes and remove clay blemishes.
|
|
Drying
|
Before glazing and firing the
piece, a thorough drying process is carried out.
|
|
Inspection
|
Rigorous inspection and final
cleaning ensures the dry clay piece is perfect before glazing.
|
|
Glazing
|
Glaze is powered glass in water,
which is applied by spraying. Two coats of glaze are applied to
the exposed clay surfaces.
|
|
Firing
|
The products are fired in a tunnel
kiln at 1210°C. After this process, the clay body & the
glaze mature and become hard & glossy.
|
|
Final Inspection
|
Final inspection is dome to ensure
that no defected product is dispatched to the customer.
|
|
Packing
|
The final products are packed using
polythene sheets, boxes, etc.
|
|
Warehousing
|
All the products are stored in our
capacious warehouse. The warehouse has the capacity to stock
almost one lac pieces of different types of refresh wares.

In
addition, order assembly and dispatch process are also carried by our
team of experts. As per the customers' orders, the products are picked
from the available stock and assembled on the dispatch pallets. For
deliveries in domestic market we use lorries as well as containers for
exports.

material like water, china clay, ball clay, silica, sand, talc, quartz,
zinc, pyrophyllite, cobalt, feldspar, barium, silicate, calcite, POP,
etc. These are sourced from well established vendors of the industry.

management system so as to ensure a flawless array of Suites, Wash
Basins with Pedestal, Closets & Pans, etc. Moreover, all the
fabricated products are thoroughly tested by our quality controllers
before the final dispatch.
Infrastructure We
are strengthened by a state-of-the-art-infrastructural facility that
enables us to cater to the diversified requirements of our domestic as
well as international clientele. We have set up a well integrated
manufacturing unit which sprawls across a large area. Outfitted with
sophisticated machinery and cutting edge technology, our production
unit has enormous production capacity of 1300 pieces per day. The
machines are regularly upgraded as per latest technologies in order to
ensure swift and smooth functioning of production process. In addition,
we are backed by a well trained team of designers, who consistently work
towards creating innovative designs for our refreshware.
